It’s always great to see the hair, makeup, and nail artists work their magic because it helps me know what beauty trends to keep an eye out for in the coming months. I can’t thank Essie, Maybelline, and Stila Cosmetics enough for giving me the inside scoop. Now I get to share with you 5 major beauty trends from NYFW.
I‘m one to buy into trends, but I try to stay away from pieces everyone buys and wears. That means one of the things I do is look out for under the radar brands that no one is paying attention to. NYFW Day 5 was another quick and easy one, but contained several of my favorite shows (i.e. Phillip Lim and Anna Sui). In spirit of Valentine’s Day, I went with a fun color combination I saw all over the shows this season: Red + Pink!

As fashion week draws to a close, my schedule starts to feel less crammed. NYFW Day 4 was much more easy-going than the other two days. I hit it off with Tibi and ended with Tanya Taylor.
