I kept it pretty low-key with the fam since Instagram was down in the days leading up to it, but now that it’s all over with, I wanted to talk about my anti-wrinkle skincare regimen. My skin has probably been its worst shape this year from the overload of travels and stress. I’ve been doing everything I can to reverse the effects. Previously, I shared my favorite anti-aging products in this post, so I wanted to focus more on new the tools, treatments, and products I’ve discovered in today’s post. Vivace RF Microneedling
This is one of the newer treatments I’ve tried (which I recently shared on my Insta-stories) – and I’ll definitely be going back for more. It uses collagen-promoting technology to alleviate fine lines and wrinkles that are beginning to surface in just one visit. If you’re familiar with microneedling, it works in a similar way where superfine needles puncture the first layer of the skin. Vivace is different in that it uses radio frequency, which is even more precise. It helps contour and tighten the face, neck, hands, and body. The entire appointment typically takes about 1 hour, but you’ll basically just be sitting with the topical numbing cream in the first 25-30 minutes. Once it’s complete, your skin will feel so soft and glowy instantly. The best part is, it’s non-invasive and pain-free.
Note: This treatment can’t be performed if you’re pregnant or breastfeeding, received botox or fillers 7-10 days before your Vivace appointment, or have threads (instalift or PDO) in the area. It’s also advised to stop the use of Glycolic Acid and Retinol 7 days prior to scheduled treatment.
Use a chemical exfoliant
As a part of my weekly routine, I also started using chemical exfoliants more regularly. I prefer using pads and love the ones from Dr. Dennis Gross or DERMAdoctor. They’re such a quick and easy fix for keeping your pores clear and brightening up your complexion.

Focus on your neck and decolletage
I’ve been obsessed with anti-wrinkle creams, but more importantly, applying them to my neck and decolletage too! These areas are just as prone to showing signs of fine lines, and the last thing I want a is a youthful face but aging neckline. Be sure to look for ingredients like retinol, peptides, Vitamin C, and antioxidants.

Start rolling
Face rollers are a skincare staple for me. There are a ton to choose from, but you really can’t go wrong with a classic jade roller. They’re a great way to tone down any puffiness and also help product absorb better into the skin. I’m addicted to rolling after applying a serum or facial oil when the roller is still cool first thing in the morning! Stay tuned for my post on gua sha’s next week!

Commit to an eye cream
Eye cream is the one product I haven’t exactly committed to in previous years, but it’s become a regular in my regimen this year. My eyes are extremely sensitive so a potent face cream can burn and make my eyes tear up. Eye creams are great because they contain less active ingredients. If you’re just starting out with eye cream, try to pick something with hyaluronic acid for and/or Vitamin E for extra hydration.…
