At the start of fall, I always try to take better care of myself by taking extra vitamins and supplements. With the kids in school and the changing temperatures, I’m usually prone to getting sick. But I can’t afford to let that happen with work and a family being more than a full-time job. I also tend to exercise less because the cold temps make it extremely hard to get up and get out. Not to mention, the incoming holiday celebrations bring on a little more stress. So at the end of the day, the one thing I can control is what I put into my body. Though I don’t go get too picky about what I eat and how much I eat, I do try to add wholesome meals and supplements to boost my overall health. Today, I wanted to share my favorite supplements for autumn and winter!

Qi Flower Tisanes

Best supplements for autumn - qi flower tisane // Notjessfashion.com

Growing up in a Chinese household, I recall my family drinking tisanes for various healing purposes. And I find myself drinking them pretty regularly today. I was stoked to hear the good news when my friends over at Qi told me they were making high-quality floral tisanes accessible online. The powerful range of flower tisanes from Qi includes two of my favorites, Chrysanthemum and Lotus, which I often drank growing up. There are so many benefits to adding herbal teas to your daily routine. And I find that they’re one of the best holistic remedies that nourish your body from the inside out. If you need to detox and destress, these are just perfect! I love that you can drink them alone or mix them to create a delightful fusion of your own.

Since Qi just launched, you can take advantage of their pre-order pricing by signing up for early access here today.

Tula Daily Probiotic + Skin Health Supplement

Tula is a new beauty brand I just discovered that’s rooted in probiotic skincare technology. They are a cruelty-free line that only uses natural probiotics and clean superfoods. I just started taking the probiotic supplements and can already feel a difference in my skin and nails. Overall, I just feel better especially in my stomach and notice smoother, clear skin despite the changing weather.

Kora Noni Glow Supplement Powder

I’ve talked about this supplement before but wanted to mention it again since it has been so effective as a daily immune support. It’s packed with a powerhouse of antioxidants including pomegranate, green tea, acai, and more, and that’s definitely been a great addition to my diet.

Perricone MD Digestion Booster

With the holidays coming up, I have a bad habit of indulging a little more than I need to. This Digestion Booster supplement is super effective in reducing bloating and helping me get back to a flatter stomach. It’s also easy to digest and swallow, so I’ll be keeping it around for the rest of the year.

Choice Organic Throat Cozy Tea

One of the worst feelings for me is waking up to a parched, irritated throat. Nothing works better than this affordable and effective Throat Cozy tea. It instantly reduces pain, swelling, congestion – and even helps with stuffiness. Feel free to add lemon and honey to help suppress a bad cough and to get a restful night.
